These Terms govern purchases from and use of the Reglage online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer rights in your country continue to apply and prevail over any conflicting term.

Products and descriptions

Reglage offers ready-made and customer-configured watches. We aim to present materials, finishes, dimensions, colors, and component compatibility accurately. Screens, lighting, natural material variation, production tolerances, and minor component revisions can affect appearance. We will not make a material substitution to a configured order without your approval.

Movement names describe the installed calibre family. Mechanical watches are not quartz-accurate and their rate can vary with position, temperature, winding state, use, and magnetic exposure. Meca-quartz chronograph models combine quartz timekeeping with a mechanical-style chronograph actuation.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance for pricing or description errors, unavailable components, suspected fraud, sanctions or legal restrictions, payment failure, or inability to deliver. If we cancel after payment, we refund the affected amount to the original method.

Prices, taxes, delivery charges, and available payment methods are shown at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the billing and delivery information is accurate.

Configured products

You are responsible for reviewing the configuration summary before adding a configured watch to the cart. The selected case, dial, hands, bezel, bracelet, movement, and other options are stored with the order. Products made to those individual specifications can be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation or withdrawal where the law permits. Defect and conformity rights remain unaffected.

Assembly, delivery, returns, and warranty

Workshop preparation and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, withdrawals, returns, statutory remedies, and the additional one-year commercial warranty are governed by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious code, scrape protected account information, impersonate another person, or use the services for unlawful activity. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store, or legal compliance.

Intellectual property

The Reglage name, site design, copy, original photography, configuration interface, and other original store content are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Product references and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners. Purchase of a product does not transfer rights in store content or branding.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory consumer remedies. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect business losses arising from a consumer purchase or for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively. The version presented when an order is placed governs that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Reglage in Greece, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protection or jurisdiction available in the consumer’s country of residence. Please contact us through live chat first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. You may also use any court, authority, or alternative dispute process available under applicable law.
