Shipping policy
Last updated: 31 July 2026
Reglage assembles and dispatches watches from Athens, Greece. This policy explains how we prepare, ship, and support orders. It forms part of our Terms of Service and does not limit any mandatory consumer right that applies to you.
Order preparation
Ready-made and configured watches are allocated to our workshop after payment is confirmed. Our usual assembly and inspection time is 5–7 business days. This is a preparation estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Orders with unavailable components, payment reviews, unusually high demand, or additional verification may require longer. If a material delay occurs, we will notify you through the contact details attached to the order.
Delivery services and estimates
We offer tracked worldwide delivery to supported destinations. Available services, charges, and estimated transit times are shown at checkout before payment. Transit estimates begin when the parcel is handed to the carrier and do not include workshop preparation time, weekends, public holidays, customs processing, remote-area handling, or events outside our reasonable control.
Tracking is issued after dispatch. A carrier scan can take up to 48 hours to appear. We may use a different carrier of an equivalent service level when operationally necessary.
Address accuracy and changes
You are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient name, building or unit number, postal code, and a reachable telephone number where requested by the carrier. Use the live chat on our website immediately if an address needs correction. We can only confirm a change before the order enters dispatch processing. We cannot redirect or recover every parcel after dispatch.
Customs, import taxes, and duties
Orders crossing a customs border may be subject to import VAT, duties, brokerage, or local handling charges. Where checkout explicitly states that duties are included, we arrange the stated service. Otherwise, the order is shipped on a delivery-duty-unpaid basis and the recipient is responsible for charges assessed by local authorities or the carrier. We do not control those charges and cannot undervalue or misdescribe a shipment.
Delivery, damage, and loss
Inspect the parcel promptly. If it arrives visibly damaged, photograph the outer packaging, shipping label, inner packaging, and product before use, retain all packaging, and contact us through the website live chat as soon as reasonably possible. For a missing parcel or a tracking record that appears incorrect, contact us through live chat so we can open a carrier investigation.
A carrier status alone does not remove any mandatory rights you may have. We assess delivery disputes using the tracking record, delivery evidence, address supplied at checkout, and applicable law. When loss or transit damage is confirmed, the available remedy may be replacement or refund as required by law.
Refused and unclaimed parcels
If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned because the address was incomplete or local charges were not paid, we will contact you after it is received back and inspected. Where permitted by law, actual outbound shipping, return shipping, customs, and carrier handling costs may be deducted from any discretionary refund. Personalized goods remain subject to the exclusions described in our Refund Policy.
Split shipments
We may split an order where doing so avoids unnecessary delay. You will not be charged additional shipping solely because we choose to split the shipment.
Support
For shipping assistance, use the live chat on our website. Include your order number and the name used at checkout. Do not post payment details or identity documents in chat unless our support flow specifically requests a secure verification step.
